It is vital that you provide us with a briefing before we can start working on your purchased service(s)/product(s). You can include your briefing while ordering the product, book a call to discuss your project or send us an e-mail to jamie@chopchopify.com

After we have received your briefing and depending on the purchased service(s), we will inform you about the turnaround time for your order.
